    4 GCSEs at grades 9-3 (A*-D) (English and maths desirable) or a Level 1 qualification. Students will also need an advanced DBS clearance, and final selection is by interview and internal tests.

    Assessment is by course work and assignments, which are both internally and externally assessed

    Health and Social Care Level 2 First Extended Certificate (subject to having good attendance and interview)
