This one year course is designed to give you the opportunity to gain a realistic idea of what a career in the Public Services can offer. You will have the chance to visit a variety of Public Services and gain knowledge of the industry from a wide range of speakers.

To be successful in this industry, it is important to have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with a range of people, have a commitment to develop your own personal qualities, be enthusiastic and energetic.

    4 GCSEs at grades 9-3 (A*-D) (English and Maths desirable) or a Level 1 qualification.

    • Completion of a portfolio containing evidence of assignments, practical performance, presentations, group exercises and discussions
