If you see yourself becoming a pastry chef this qualification is for you. Focussing on the skills required around the patisserie and confectionary side of things this qualification is intended for patissiers, pastry cooks and other professional catering staff. The course is also an ideal starting point for anyone who enjoys baking and wishes to develop their skills and knowledge to a high standard.

Skills are taught through a wide range of practical activities within our training kitchens, the hot and cold desserts, breads and cakes you produce will be sold in our student led BR6 Bakehouse and Restaurant.
